Creativity is essential, imagination is like a muscle we must relearn to exercise. Take time to learn, write, practice, and explore all that it takes to unlock the treasures and wisdom you hold inside. Everyone is a writer. Expressive writing is not just about written expression, but also verbal and non-verbal expression. We will explore and play with different types of communication to channel your inner artist.
