Ubisoft has just revealed what’s next for The Crew 2 players, and judging by the amount of new content included in Season 5 Episode 1, the game will keep fans entertained for quite a while. The new season debuts Stories, a brand-new game mode that offers various rewards after completing “unfinished stories.”
In the episode, two new Stories will be unveiled with rewards every week for eight weeks. Besides the car content, there will also be 48 new vanity items to collect and equip.
American Legends will be accompanied by a brand-new Motorpass. It will propose 50 tiers of new exclusive rewards, both free and premium, including vehicles such as the Chevrolet Corvette C7 ZR1 2019 (Hypercar), the Dodge Challenger SRT Demon Awaken Edition (Street Race), the Ford Mustang Fastback Stunt Edition (Street race) as well as vanity items, outfits, currency packs (Crew Credits and Bucks), and more.
Finally, The Crew 2 Season 5 brings new Live Summits for players who love competing. The first one begins on March 16 with Porsche Addict 2. Also, the first Premium Live Summit will kick off on March 23 and will feature the Indian Motorcycle Scout The Cruiser Edition as a Platinum reward.
Two more free tiers, 10 and 19, offer vanity items such as the War Hero suit and the Salem Legacy Tire. If you want to complete the War Hero collection, tiers 24 and 49 are premium and have the War Hero Rooftop and War Hero Nitro.
Ubisoft also announced support for The Crew® 2 has been renewed for another year. After Season 5, Year 5 will start and bring three new seasons of content to the game, including new features, gameplay tweaks and technical updates. In particular, The Crew® 2 will be updated this summer to run at 60 FPS on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.
